I Working scope of roller conveyor：

Turn on the power button, when material reach the first signal transducer, the signal transfers to Electrical control system 7 , then output instruction to pneumatic control device 8 through PLC procedure, that make roller rotating lifting device 4 of band A that was lifted by cylinder, rotates roller 10 of band A to deliver material forward;when the second signal transducer was pressed by material, it works as the former; when leaving band A, the second signal transducer was lifted, the signal transfers to electrical control system then output instruction to pneumatic control device through PLC procedure, that make roller rotating lifting device 4 of band A descended by cylinder, roller of band A stops to rotate; when leaving band B, it works as the former. The roller rotates in control of PLC procedure, it only rotates when materials come and stops when they leave, which make the whole set saving energy and extending the working life. Owing to the adoption of pneumatic lifting device to driving roller, roller conveyor loads depending on the pneumatic lifting device, the maximum loading size of floor space is1.2*1.2 (㎡), the weight of single piece could reach to 1000Kg.。

III Working principle of heavy load roller conveyor：

Functions: Temporary storage and delivery.

1. Temporary storage

   When putting the first material into the first band of roller, outputting the corresponding order by PLC procedure, push out correspondent cylinder in order and stop when delivers to the end of the device; when putting the second material into the first band of roller, outputting the corresponding order by PLC procedure, stop when delivers to the second end of the device; the latter materials put on the roller one by one and stop to the correspondent positions, when the first material of the end is taken away, the subsequent regain the power under control of PLC procedure, then all the materials move backward for one seat till the end material away, that realize the function of temporary storage.

2. Delivery

When the material puts on the first band of roller, output the corresponding order by PLC procedure, delivers from the end of the device to the other device, the subsequent materials put on the roller one by one continuously and deliver to the next device, that realize the function of delivery.
